Owner/Program Administrator/CEO
Vanessa is the founder and owner of RN and Associates, LLC. She has over 34 years experience in healthcare positions and settings: long-term care, acute care, home health care, case management, education and dialysis. Vanessa understands and takes on the challenge of educating nursing personnel personally. She knows the importance of all levels of nursing. Current certifications in Case Management, Train the Trainer (TtT for NATCEP and DODD), CPR/First Aide Instructor for American Red Cross and State Evaluator for D&S Diversified.
Primary Instructors/Springdale
They have multiple experiences in nursing. Have taught Nurse Aide students at other local schools. They feel the importance of nurse aide education is the need to want to help others that are not able to help themselves. Certification: Train the Trainer and Teaching. They have worked in acute care, long-term care, case management, home health care and education.
